We've been growing tomatoes for Tat for 20 years with the whole family. My husband and I came all the way to today with kids and tomatoes. We plant other vegetables every now and then but tomato is the most delicate one. From the first day to the last. I don't know how to describe this effort. Is it sleepless nights, or the troubles you wake up to in the morning? There is hail. There is noxious grass. There's ploughing, sowing, and mowing. We work with the tomatoes, like a child, until they turn into paste. It can be hard to take care of the entire field when you're on your own.

Sometimes someone has to give a helping hand. That's why the family is very important. Fortunately, there is Aylin's. We've been growing tomatoes for 20 years, so we are really close. My kids, I, my wife, the Aylin's and I., we plant tomatoes as a family. We'll help each other's fields and children as much as we can. There's a saying: “It takes a whole village to raise a child.” Same thing for tomatoes. A whole family is a must. Tat, who has been with us for 20 years, is a member of our huge family. When it's harvest time, I'm proud of my kids and my tomatoes as well. My tomatoes and my children are with Tat and with my family.
