Mushroom Stew Recipe

Heat the olive oil in a flat pan, add Tat Mushrooms, chopped garlic and fry them until the mushrooms change color. Then add Tat Organic Diced Tomatoes, red pepper flakes, chopped dill, salt, pepper and mix. Divide them into casseroles. Sprinkle grated cheese to each of them and bake at 200 degrees until the cheese is brown. Serve hot.
