Ingredients
- 100 gr Tat Sundried Tomato
- 1 package of rotini pasta
- 300 gr parmesan
- 100 gr Tat Mushroom
- Fresh thyme
- Fresh Basil
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Olive Oil
Yields: 2 servings
Strain the dried tomato, set the oil aside to use later. Chop the dried tomatoes into big pieces. Extract the seeds of the olives and cut them in half. Prepare the pasta according to recipe on the package and rinse with cold water. Leave it to drain. Finely chop the mushrooms, fry with olive oil in the pan. Wash the basil, thyme and chop them. Mix the strained oil, thyme, basil and salt together. Add lemon juice. Mix all ingredient, then add the sauce, parmesan and mix again. Serve the pasta salad in a bowl.
