- 2 jars of Tat Artichoke Heart
- 1 jar of Tat Grated Tomatoes
- 1/2 jar of Tat Mixed Vegetables
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1/2 bunch of dill
- 1/2 glass of water
- Salt
- Pepper
Yields: 4 servings
To prepare the artichoke heart with tomatoes, which is a very practical recipe of the Turkish cuisine; put olive oil to a sauté pan, add chopped garlic, Tat Artichoke Heart, half a jar of Tat Garniture, lemon juice and mix. Then add Tat Grated Tomatoes, chopped dill, water, salt, pepper and cook. Garnish with fresh dill, and serve hot.
