Bruschetta with Mushrooms and Tomatoes

Cut the corners of the sliced bread, spread olive oil on one side and toast them slightly. Melt the butter in a bowl; add garlic, Tat Mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Cook the capers with vinegar and lemon juice stir until the water evaporates. Put the mixture in a bowl and let it cool. Add olives, Tat Organic Diced Tomatoes and garlic. Spread the mixture on the bread and serve.

  • 1/3 glass of chopped fresh basil
