- 1 jar of Tat Grated Tomatoes
- 4 zucchinis
- ½ glass of coarsely chopped walnuts
- ½ bunch of dill
- Flour
- Oil
- Yoghurt
Yields: 2 servings
Add flour to a plate. Chop the zucchinis into thin rings, blend them in the flour and fry well in hot oil. Place the zucchinis in an oval serving dish. In a small bowl, add Tat Grated Tomatoes, finely chopped dill and coarsely chopped walnuts, mix and pour over the fried zucchinis. Serve the zucchini with walnut sauce together with Yoghurt.
