- 2 jars of Tat Artichoke Jar
- 2 jars of Tat Sundried Tomatoes
- 1 jar of Tat Corn
- 2 tablespoons of Tat Mustard
- 1 kg. of Mediterranean Greens
- 5 tablespoons of oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Salt
- Pepper
Yields: 3 servings
Put the washed Mediterranean greens on a serving plate. Strain the Tat Artichoke Heart and divide it into 4 parts. Chop the Tat Sundried Tomatoes into thin strips. Put olive oil, Tat Mustard, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper into a bowl and whisk well. Add the Tat Artichoke Heart and tomatoes to the salad. Add the salad dressing to the salad, decorate with Tat Corn, and serve.
