- 300 gr rice
- 100 gr Butter
- Sunflower oil/Frying oil

This recipe will become indispensable for those who love to try different flavors; Chop the eggplants in small pieces and fry them. Put it on a paper towel so it can soak the excess oil. Wash the rice in warm water and strain. Melt the butter in a pan, add salt, pepper, allspice, cinnamon, Tat Tomato Paste, eggplant and rice and add enough water to cover all ingredients and leave it to cook. Serve hot.
