- ½ cups Milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup finely chopped walnuts
- Grated cheese curd
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
Yields: 4 servings
Mix milk, egg, flour, Tat Walnut Paste, finely ground walnuts, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper with the help of a whisk. Add a little sunflower oil to cook the pancakes. Take some pancake mix with a ladle and cook both sides until they change color. Add cheese curd to the crepes and fold it like an envelope. Serve hot.
