Clean and wash the whole chicken. With the help of a knife, spread the Tat Walnut Paste on the chicken and place the chicken in an oven bag. Cut the carrots and potatoes into cubes and add them as well. Finally, add oregano, Tat Tomato Juice, salt, pepper, and close the bag tightly. Cut a few holes into the bag with a sharp knife and place it on a baking tray. Cook for 50 to 60 minutes in the oven pre-heated to 200 degrees. Serve hot.
