- 400 gr Tat Canned Chickpeas
- 30 gr Butter
- 2 cups of rice
- Hot water
- Salt
- Pepper
Yields: 4 servings
Melt the butter in a sauté pan. Add the rice and roast. Add 4 cups of hot water and cook with the lid closed until the rice softens. If the rice has not softened, continue cooking by adding water gradually. Strain Tat Boiled Chickpeas and add them to the rice pilaf. Add salt, pepper and serve hot.
