Baked Cauliflower Recipe

Add water and vinegar to a pot and bring it to a boil. Separate the cauliflower into its flowers and boil them. After they are cooked, put them on a cooking tray. For the sauce, heat olive oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, cumin and fry lightly. Then add Tat Organic Diced Tomatoes and stir. Pour the sauce over the cauliflowers that were on the cooking tray. Sprinkle with fresh grated cheese and cook in a 200 degree oven until the cheese is golden brown. Serve hot.
