- 4 tablespoons Tat Menemen Mixture
- 3 bagels (simit)
- 3 pieces 100% veal sausage (sucuk)
- 1/2 cup (grated) SEK Kashar Cheese
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Cut the bagels into 3 equal parts and then cut them in half again (horizontally). Spread Tat Menemen Mixture on the bagels with a knife. Slice the sausages and place them equally on the bagels. Finally, sprinkle grated kashar cheese and oregano. Gratin the bagels in the oven heated at 200 degrees. Serve hot.
