Fried Vegetables with Şakşuka Sauce

Peel the eggplants, zucchinis, carrots and potatoes and cut them into cubes. Soak the eggplants in salted water for 5 minutes. Fry the drained eggplants and other vegetables and place them on a serving plate. Cook the Tat Organic Grated Tomato in a pot for a while and pour it over the vegetables. Serve with the prepared tomato sauce and SEK Çiftlik Yoghurt.
