Cracked Wheat Rice with Lentil

Heat the butter in a sauté pan. Add the bulgur washed with cold water and fry. Then add the cooked lentils, minced garlic, Tat Menemene Mixture, dry mint, red pepper flakes, water, salt and pepper and mix all ingredients. Cover the lid, cook at a low heat and let it brew. Serve hot.
