- 2 tablespoons Tat Tomato Paste
- 300 gr long green peppers
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Sunflower oil/Frying oil
- 2 glasses of water
Green Peppers with Tomato Paste and Olive Oil
Fry the green peppers in oil for 2 to 3 minutes. For the sauce, mix 2 tablespoons of Tat Tomato Paste, water and olive oil. Sauté the fried green peppers with this sauce for 5 minutes. Serve it hot or cold.
