
In a mixer, combine Tat Organic Grated Tomatoes, Tat Tomato Juice, garlic, onion, vinegar, olive oil, cucumbers (remove their seeds beforehand), sugar and fresh black pepper and mix well. Cool the soup you prepared in the refrigerator for 3 hours. To prepare the croutons, cut all the bread in cubes and fry them in a pan with butter or olive oil.
Add croutons to the gazpacho you have taken out of the refrigerator and serve.
