Heat the butter in a sauté pan and add the finely chopped chards. Sauté until the chards soften. After the chards are cooked, add the chopped onions and roast until the onions get color. Then, add the cowpeas which were soaked in water and boiled, Tat Menemen Mixture, red pepper flakes, meat broth, salt, pepper and cook at low heat. Serve hot with garlic yogurt.
