Baked Pepper with Cheese

Heat the oven at 200 degrees. Chop the Tat Grilled Red Peppers in 3-4 cm stripes. Finely chop the string cheese. Spread the greaseproof paper on to the cooking tray; add the cheese on the peppers. Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is light pink. Serve hot.
