For Adana soup, also known as Kamhi or charity soup, put the chicken breast and water in the pot and let it boil. When it softens, shred the chicken and put it back into the braiser. Strain the Tat Boiled Chickpeas. Add them to the braiser with Tat Tomato Juice and Tat Tomato Puree. Add salt and pepper. Cook for 20 minutes. Add dry coriander and vinegar to the mixture and remove from heat. Finely chop the fresh coriander, add it to your soup, and serve.
