Bruschetta with Mushroom and Tomatoes

Cut the corners of the slices of bread, spread olive oil on one side and slightly roast them.

    Ingredients

  • 8 slices of toast bread
  • ¼ glasses of olive oil
  • 300 gr Tat Canned Mushroom
  • 30 gr Sek Butter
  • 3 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of capari
  • 60 gr sliced black olive
  • 1 box of Tat Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1/3 glass of chopped fresh basil

Salad with Artichoke Heart

Place the washed green vegetables on a platter. Strain Tat Artichoke Heart and divide it into 4. Chop Tat Dried Tomatoes in thin stripes. Put olive oil, Tat Mustard, garlic, honey, pepper and salt in a bowl and mix well. Add Tat Artichoke Heart and tomatoes over the green vegetables. Pour the mixture on the salad and scramble it. Decorate with Tat Corn before service.

  • 1 kg. Mediterranean vegetables

  • 2 jars of Tat Dried Tomatoes
  • 1 jar of Tat Corn
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of Tat Mustard
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Zucchini with Walnut Sauce

Slice the zucchini in thin rings, cover the slices with flour on a wide plate and fry them well in hot oil. Place the fried zucchini on an oval platter. Mix Tat "Şakşuka" Frying Sauce, finely chopped dill and coarsely crushed walnut in a small bowl and pour it on the fried zucchini. Put some yoghurt with garlic in a separate bowl to serve with the zucchini with walnut sauce.

  • ½ glass of coarsely crushed walnut
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • Flour
  • Oil
  • Yoghurt with garlic

Easy Cabbage Stew

Heat butter in a deep pan and add the minced meat and roast. When the minced meat is roasted, add the chopped onions and cook until the onions change colour. Then add chopped cabbage and cook them with the minced meat and onions. Add Tat "Şakşuka" Frying Sauce, broth, red pepper, salt and pepper, cook for some more time and serve when still hot.

  • 1 small cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 200 gr. minced meat
  • 3 tablespoons of Sek butter
  • 2 glasses of broth
  • 1 dessertspoon of chili pepper

Baked Vegetable Patty with Sauce

Put egg, oil, flour, milk, grated carrot, zucchini, chopped fresh onion, dill, red pepper, baking powder, salt and pepper in a deep bowl and mix well. Pour the patty mixture into an oiled baking tray, cook in the oven heated to 185 degrees until it is roasted and slice the patty. Place the slices on a platter, pour Tat "Şakşuka" Frying Sauce on it and serve.

  • 1 glass of (grated) Sek Yellow Cheese
  • 1/2 glass of oil
  • 6 tablespoons of flour
  • 1/2 glass of Sek Milk
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 4 onions
  • 1/2 bunch of dill
  • 1 dessertspoon of chili pepper
  • 1 package of baking powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Mushroom Stew

Heat olive oil in a sauté pan, add Tat Mushroom and chopped garlic, roast until mushrooms change colour. Then add Tat Şakşuka Mixture, red pepper, chopped dill, salt and pepper, mix and equally divide into the casseroles. Strew grated Sek Yellow Cheese on it and cook in an oven at 200 degrees until the cheese gets roasted. Serve hot.

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 jar of Tat Tomato Şakşuka Mixture
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 dessertspoon of chili pepper
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • ½ glass of grated Sek Yellow Cheese
  • Salt-Pepper

Artichoke Heart with Tomatoes

Heat olive oil in a sauté pan and add chopped garlic, Tat Artichoke Heart, half a jar of Tat Garniture and lemon juice and mix. Then add Tat "Şakşuka" Frying Sauce, chopped dill, water, salt and pepper and cook for some time. Take the dish on a platter, decorate with fresh dill leaves and serve warm.

  • 1 jar of Tat "Şakşuka" Frying Sauce
  • 1/2 jar of Tat Garniture
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1/2 bunch of dill
  • 1/2 glass of water
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Baked Cauliflower

Cut the cauliflower into its branches, boil them in hot water with vinegar and place them on a baking tray. Heat olive oil in a sauté pan, add chopped garlic and cumin and slightly roast. Then add Tat "Şakşuka" Frying Sauce and pour the sauce over the cauliflower in the tray. Strew grated yellow cheese and cook in an oven at 200 degrees until the cheese gets roasted. Serve hot.

Peas with Pearl Onion

Place peeled whole pearl onions, chopped fresh onions and olive oil in a sauté pan, and roast until onions change colour. Then add Tat Peas, Tat "Şakşuka" Frying Sauce, water, salt and pepper and cook for some time. Take the dish on a platter, strew chopped dill on it and serve warm.

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 fresh onions
  • 1/2 bunch of dill
  • 1 glass of water

Green Beans with Tomatoes and Walnut

Heat olive oil in a sauté pan, add chopped dry onions, chopped garlic and cook until they change colour. When onions change colour add Tat Green Beans, Tat "Şakşuka" Frying Sauce, coarsely crushed walnut, water, salt and pepper and cook for some time. Take the dish on a platter and serve warm.
