Bread with Tomato and Cheese

Put softened Sek Butter, flour, milk, grated Sek Yellow Cheese, thyme, dry mint, basil, baking powder, Tat Mixture for Baked Bread with Tomatoes, salt and pepper in a deep bowl and knead them. Keep on adding flour until the dough does not stick to your fingers. Shape the bread in the size you want. Then, with a knife, smear Tat Mixture for Baked Bread with Tomatoes on the top side of the bread, strew sesame and lay the pieces of bread on an oiled tray.

Salty Cake with Walnut and Tomatoes

Put eggs, softened butter, baking powder, half of the grated cheese, salt and pepper in a deep bowl and mix well using a mixer. Pour this cake mixture in an oiled cake pan and cover with Tat Mixture for Baked Bread with Tomatoes and spread this mixture over the cake using a spoon. Put the remaining grated Yellow Cheese on the cake. Finally strew the coarsely crushed walnuts and the thyme. Cook the salty cake in an oven at 185 degrees for 35-40 minutes, slice it and serve warm.

Round Bread with Tomato and Herbs

Put the egg, flour, yoghurt, baking powder, Tat Mixture for Baked Bread with Tomatoes, coriander, salt and pepper in a deep bowl and mix using a mixer. Then add chopped fresh mint, parsley, dill, fresh onion stems and grated white cheese and mix with a wooden spoon. Roll the dough in any size that you wish (if it sticks to your fingers add some flour). Lay the pieces of bread on an oiled tray. Make three horizontal lines on them with a knife and spread the egg yolk with a brush. Finally strew sesame on the bread, cook it in an oven at 185 degrees until it gets brown and serve hot.

Hazelnut Crepe

In a bowl, mix milk, egg, flour, Tat Mixture for Baked Bread with Tomatoes, finely crushed hazelnuts, chopped garlic, salt and pepper using a mixer. Pour a little oil in a Teflon pan, take some crepe mixture with a ladle and cook both sides well in the hot pan. Put soft cheese in the hazelnut crepes, fold them like an envelope and serve hot.

Hot Appetizers with Cheese and Tomatoes

Cut off the sides of toast slices and cut diagonally in the shape of triangle. Spread Tat Mixture for Baked Bread with Tomatoes on the slices with a knife. In a small bowl, mix finely crushed walnut, chopped garlic, chili pepper and grated Yellow Cheese and put this mixture on each of the toast slices in equal amounts. Keep them in an oven at 200 degrees until the cheese melts and turns brown and serve hot.

Bagel with Soujouk

Cut the bagels into 3 equal parts, then cut them lengthwise into two. Smear Tat Mixture for Baked Bread with Tomatoes on the inside of bagels. Slice the soujouks and place them equally on the bagels. Finally, strew grated Yellow Cheese and thyme on the bagels and bake them in an oven at 200 degrees and serve hot.

Aşure (Noah's Pudding)

Wet the wheat overnight. Strain the wheat and boil it with rice and finely chopped orange peel. Add Tat Boiled Chickpeas and Tat Boiled Beans and keep boiling. Add sugar. Wash and add the grapes. Add chopped fig, apricot, rosewater and vanillin 5-10 minutes before turning off the heat. Pour the pudding into small bowls, decorate with hazelnut and cinnamon and serve.

  • 150 gr hazelnut
  • 6 glasses of sugar
  • Cinnamon

Baked Appetizers with Bread

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the bread using patterns. Crush the cheese with a fork and mix it with Tat Mixture for Baked Bread with Tomatoes. Smear Tat Mixture for Baked Bread with Tomatoes on them and bake for 5-10 minutes. Serve hot.
