Pie with Phyllo

Divide the phyllos into four equal pieces. Smear first oil and then Tat Mixture for Baked Bread with Tomatoes on every piece. Then spread the grated Sek Yellow Cheese equally over all four phyllos. After strewing the thyme and the chili pepper, fold each triangle piece in the form of a thick envelope. Heat a Teflon pan with a little oil and then cook the pie in the pan until both sides get brown. Now the pie is ready to be served hot.

Flatbread with Chard

Heat the butter in a pan and add chopped chard, salt and pepper and roast them. Place the roasted chard on a large plate and leave for cooling. Mix eggs, flour, baking powder, milk, Tat Mixture for Baked Bread with Tomatoes and basil in a deep bowl. Then add the roasted chard and grated white cheese and mix using a spoon. Heat a shallow Teflon pan with a little oil. Pour some of the flatbread mixture in the pan and cook well on both sides like when making an omelette. Serve the pieces of flatbread hot.

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 glasses of flour
  • ½ glass of (grated) Sek White Cheese
  • 1 pack of baking powder

    For the Mixture
  • ½ bunch of chard
  • 3 tablespoons of Sek Butter

Spaghetti with Tomato and Chicken Sauce

Add salt, olive oil and macaroni in boiled water and boil them. Strain the boiled macaroni and add butter. For the sauce, heat butter in a shallow pan and add the chicken breasts cut in thin stripes, wait until the chicken changes colour. After that, add chopped mushrooms and roast them. Then add Tat Walnut Paste, salt and pepper and mix. Finally, add the liquid cream and cook for some time. Add the sauce into the spaghetti and place it on a platter. Add grated Yellow Cheese and serve hot.

Macaroni with Dried Tomatoes

  • 300 gr Sek White Cheese
  • 250 gr crushed walnut
  • 150 gr black olive
  • 3 - 4 pieces of fresh thyme
  • Sufficient lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Basil

Pastavilla Rotini Salad in Mediterranean Style

Pastavilla Spaghetti with Red Vegetable Pesto

Strain the oil of Tat Dried Tomatoes. Coarsely chop the almonds and, stirring constantly, roast them on medium heat, in a pan without oil, until they have golden colour. Peel and chop the garlic. Wash the red chilli peppers and cut lengthwise. After cutting off the stem and the seeds cut in small pieces. Wash the red peppers chilli and cut into two, remove the seeds and the white parts and cut in cubes. Chop the strained tomatoes in small pieces. Mix the chopped tomatoes, garlic, chilli pepper and tomato paste with 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil to make puree. In another pan, boil the macaroni as instructed on the pack. Sort and wash the basil and absorb excess water with paper towel. Cut in small pieces. Before the macaroni is well cooked, take some of the boiling water and add into the vegetable pesto until it gets thick. Season with salt. Strain the cooked macaroni and immediately blend with red pesto, roasted almonds and basil. Serve with cheese placed on a separate plate.

  • 1 - 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 pieces of fresh red chilli pepper

  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 80 gr parmesan (grated)

Baked Macaroni with Sausage and Vegetables

Add salt, olive oil and fusilli in boiled water and boil them. Strain the boiled macaroni and add butter. For the sauce, heat butter in a shallow pan and add the chopped sausages. After roasting the sausages, add Tat Garniture, Tat Menemen Mixture, water, salt and pepper and boil for some time on low heat. Add the sauce into the macaroni and place the dish in a baking tray. Strew 1 glass of grated Yellow Cheese on it. Cook in the oven at 185 degrees until the cheese turns colour, slice the dish and serve hot.

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine / Sek Butter
  • 1 glass of (grated) Sek Yellow Cheese
  • Salt
    For the Sauce
  • 1 jar of Tat Garniture
  • 1 tablespoon of Tat Menemen Mixture
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine / Sek Butter
  • 3 pieces of Maret chopped sausage
  • ½ glass of water
  • Salt

Noodles with Herbs

Add salt, olive oil and noodles in boiled water and boil them. Strain the boiled noodles and add butter. For the sauce, heat butter in a shallow pan and add the chopped mushrooms. Roast until the mushrooms change colour. After that, add chopped fresh onion, dill and parsley. Finally, add Tat Menemen Mixture, salt and pepper and boil for some time on low heat. Turn off the heat and add liquid cream into the sauce. Cook until the boiling point and turn off the heat. Add the sauce into the noodles and mix. Take the noodles with herbs on a platter, strew grated white cheese and serve hot.
