Meatballs with Eggplant Puree

Put the meat in a pan and add chopped onion and butter. Roast on medium heat until onions change colour and the meat is cooked in its own juice. Add the diluted Tat Paste and mix. Add 5-6 glasses of water, wash Tat Boiled Kidney Beans and add them, too. Slice red and green pepper and them into the Tat Boiled Kidney Beans. Cook on medium heat until the meat is soft. Add salt before turning off the heat and cook for 1-2 minutes. When the juice is at the same level with the dish surface, place the dish on a platter and serve hot.

  • Wash and slice 1-2 red and green peppers and add into Tat Boiled Kidney Beans

Dry Beans with Meatballs

Put minced meat, meatball mixture and water in a bowl and knead them. When it is ready, take walnut-sized pieces off the mixture and roll them. Roll the meatballs in the flour that you put on a wide plate. Heat butter in a deep pan and add the finely chopped onions. After the onions are roasted, add Tat Boiled Dry Beans, Tat Menemen Mixture, broth, salt and pepper and boil for some time. After it starts boiling, add the meatballs one by one and cook them. If the dish gets too thick, you can add warm water as you wish.

  • 1,5 packs of Maret Meatball Mixture
  • 500 gr. minced meat
  • 2,5 glasses of broth
  • 2 tablespoons of Sek Butter

  • Flour

Kidney Beans with Meat

Chickpeas with Chicken

Heat butter in a deep pan and add chicken breasts cut in chunks and cook until the chicken is roasted. After that, add the finely chopped onion. Then add Tat Boiled Chickpeas, Tat Menemen Mixture, chicken stock, chili pepper, salt and pepper, cook on medium heat for some time and serve hot.

Baked Kumru with Tomatoes

Divide baguette bread into 3 equal parts and halve each one of them. Smear Tat Mixture for Baked Bread with Tomatoes on each one. Heat the pan without oil and get the soujouks change colour. Cut the sausages lengthwise and cook them in the same pan with the soujouks. Put equal number of salami, soujouk and sausages on the 3 pieces of bread. Share the grated Yellow Cheese among the remaining 3 pieces. Lay the pieces of bread on the baking tray, cook in an oven at 200 degrees until the cheese melts and soujouks are roasted and serve hot.

  • 1 baguette bread
  • 9 slices of Maret Soujouk
  • 3 pieces of Maret Sausage (peeled)

Orman Kebab with Meatballs

Chop the eggplants in small cubes, add 3/4 box of Tat Garniture and fry them. Knead Meatball Mixture, Tat Paste and minced meat. Take walnut-sized pieces off the mixture and roll them in your palm. Fry the meatballs. Take all ingredients and 1/4 box of Tat Garniture on a platter, serve with yoghurt if you wish.

Meatballs with Tomatoes

Add meatball mixture and ½ glass of water into the minced meat to make the meatballs. Mix Tat Chopped Tomatoes and Tat Paste in a pan and cook for about 5 minutes. Wash the potatoes and cut them in 1 cm thick slices. Take a sauté pan to cook the dish, lay the meatballs and potatoes alternatively. Pour the tomato sauce all over. Cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes.

Dry Beans with Chicken

Brown the chicken with oil in a pan. Mix Tat Boiled Beans and Tat Paste in another pan. Add the chicken and the water into this mixture, cover the pan and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes.

Chicken in Hunter Style

Brown the chicken in the pan with olive oil. Add onion, garlic and pepper and cook until onions change colour. Cook Tat Chopped Tomatoes, wine, Tat Paste, rosemary and laurel leaves. Add the chicken and cook for 30 minutes. Then add the olives and cook 10 more minutes. Pick out the rosemary and the laurel and serve the dish.

Turkey Döner with Tomato Sauce

Chop the döner. Process Tat Chopped Tomatoes in the blender for about 1-2 seconds. Heat olive oil in a pan, add Tat Tomato Puree and boil for some time until the juice evaporates. Add döner, salt and pepper and brown the ingredients. Peel the cucumbers, add them into the yoghurt with finely chopped garlic and mix. Open the middle of Mini Gyros. Put some döner and cucumber sauce in the middle and serve.
